Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at velouraskincare03@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item.

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — we won’t be able to accept them.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for returns (such as used products, hygiene items, or final sale items). If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as skincare or beauty products).

We also can’t accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us before purchasing — we’re happy to help.

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the easiest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
